Assists the Chairman in providing leadership and strategic direction, supports the implementation of community programs, and steps in to lead meetings or initiatives in the Chairman’s absence. Help coordinate activities, engage members, and ensure that the organization’s goals of unity, cultural preservation, and community development are achieved.
