Youth Chairman

Mfaume Provides leadership and oversees the implementation of decisions made by the Youth Council and coordinates all youth activities within the organization. He acts as a liaison between the youth and the senior leadership of Kimwe Kye Bajoba USA, communicating their opinions, challenges, and suggestions to the Executive Committee. He plans and manages youth development programs, including training sessions, seminars, and community projects, while encouraging active participation in social, economic, and political initiatives. Mfaume motivates youth involvement in campaigns and social activities, and coordinates smaller youth groups across different areas to foster unity and collaboration. He ensures adherence to the organization’s rules, procedures, and ethical standards, addresses conflicts among youth members, and promotes reconciliation. Additionally, he prepares and submits reports on youth activities to leadership and ensures the effective use of resources allocated to youth programs
