Texas I State Leader

Gilbert serves as a State Leader and senior member of the leadership team at Southwest Texas High School. In this role, he supports student learning, guides instructional practices, and helps foster a positive and productive school culture. He works closely with teachers, families, and community partners to ensure that every student has the resources and support they need to succeed. Beyond the school setting, Gilbert represents the community’s challenges and achievements within the Executive Committee and advocates for the needs and interests of the Texas states. He oversees community activities across Texas, addresses members’ concerns, coordinates programs, and ensures that all state initiatives align with the mission of Kimwe Kye Bajoba USA.
