Assistant Indiana State Leader

Furaha assists Indiana State Leader in overseeing all community activities and operations throughout the state. Represent the interests, concerns, and accomplishments of Indiana community members to the Executive Committee. Advocate for resources, support, and policies that address the needs of the Indiana community. Coordinate state programs, events, and initiatives to ensure they run effectively and align with organizational goals. Support local leaders, volunteers, and committees to strengthen community engagement and participation. Ensure all Indiana state activities uphold the mission, values, and policies of Kimwe Kye Bajoba USA. Monitor community challenges, help identify solutions, and promote collaboration across departments. Step in for the State Leader when necessary to lead meetings, make decisions, or represent the state
