States Council Chair

Songolo is the principal leader responsible for guiding and overseeing the work of the State Council. He provides overall leadership, vision, and strategic direction in alignment with the mission, values, and policies of Kimwe Kye Bajoba USA. He presides over State Council meetings, sets agendas, and ensures effective, fair, and transparent decision-making. Songolo oversees statewide programs, projects, and community initiatives to ensure they are well coordinated, impactful, and properly monitored. 

He supervises and supports the Vice State Council Leader, State Leaders, and department heads, promoting accountability and strong performance. In addition, he serves as the primary liaison between the State Council, the Executive Committee, and community members, represents the state at organizational, regional, and national meetings, and acts as the official spokesperson when needed. He also ensures compliance with organizational bylaws, policies, and ethical standards while identifying challenges, resolving conflicts, and promoting unity, collaboration, and active community engagement across all states served.
