Eca M'munga strengthens effective communication among community members. He reaches out to members who are partially disconnected from the community, helping them re-engage and participate fully. He maintains direct communication with all States to ensure that every member feels recognized and supported in returning home.

To engage the community, Eca M'munga randomly selects families and collaborates with State representatives through online platforms, phone calls, video calls, and in-person visits to 2–3 families every 60–90 days to check on members’ well-being. He builds strong relationships, encourages members to respect and cooperate with their State representatives, and works closely with leaders within the States.

Eca M'munga gathers members’ opinions, concerns, and suggestions and presents them to the Executive Committee for action. He also ensures that all WhatsApp group procedures are followed, including proper use of language and audio messages. He makes certain that all shared messages and voices are respected, valued, and appropriately acknowledged.
