Elders Council Leader

Provide leadership for the Elders Council and guide its mission to support and strengthen the community. Offer wisdom and counsel to uphold shared values and cultural traditions. Advise organizational leaders, support strategic decision-making, and ensure that community activities align with the community’s mission, culture, and heritage. Foster harmony, mediate conflicts, and encourage peaceful relationships among members. Serve as a trusted representative in community gatherings, partnerships, and public matters, upholding the integrity and vision of the community.
